When I first started studying relationships and emotions, I was a pharmaceutical rep. I was drawn to the science of relationships and understanding why some stay connective and grow with every passing year while others just don’t. Well, as I deepened my knowledge, I started to see the correlation between high-conflict relationships and inflammation. I was curious how our emotional states, nervous system, as well as our relationship to ourselves impacted our health. In the Harvard Study of Adult Development, it was clearly shown that the quality of our relationships impacts not just our health but also our overall well-being.
Only yesterday I was sat in the sun with my Kindle reading "Evolve Your Mind" by Joe Dispenza and took another step towards refining the relationship between our three states: the subconscious (being), the conscious (thinking), and the result of these two states meeting, thus creating the quality of mind we all know and love for its predictability.
I do wish you'd stop releasing such high quality work, brother. It's gonna take me years to get through my current back catalogue and even longer to crawl out of your arse.
Maybe meet with someone regarding the practice of prioritising shit? I bet I'm not the only one who could benefit from swimming in the waters of this kind of wisdom.
