Don’t be afraid of leaving.

Be afraid of staying because you fear exploring a truth that’s uncomfortable.

Be afraid of becoming desensitized to your body’s internal guidance system.

Be afraid of no longer getting messages from the divine until you confront this one.

Feeling like you might need to leave doesn’t mean you have to. But it does mean you need to explore it.

Because until you do, your relationship will be the place you had to disassociate from your own being, instead of the place that connected you more deeply to it.

We like to romanticize the idea that the heart is a compass… until the direction it points isn’t one we like.

The truth is that there is brilliance in your ambivalence.

What a beautiful thing to acknowledge that your body is trying to tell you that the circumstances of your life are perhaps ones you do not want to continue to consent to. This means the circumstances need to be explored.

Go into what you’re afraid to acknowledge. Ask questions of your heart like:
