I am loving Substack, and am feeling like so many more words want to flow through me!

So first off, thank you for trusting me and reading the work I put out into the world. It truly means so much. I am in deep appreciation that I get to write about the things I’m intrigued about… and philosophize the human experience.

Recently, I have come to the realization that I need to continue to write from the edge of what is true for me. I want to be afraid when I hit publish… because then I know that I’m writing from the edge of my truth. I’m putting thoughts and feelings and psychological and relational concepts together in a way that is expansive. As in, I’m not playing it “safe."

Safe is easy. It pays bills. But I’m not here for that. Honestly, eff that.

Secondly… and it’s a BIG secondly — I will be writing on here 4x/month now. I will continue to provide one article for free, and then the other three can be accessed for a nominal amount of $6/month or $60/year.

I have been giving away content for 10 years… and to be honest, the vast majority of my self-expression is free. And if that’s what you’d like to continue to get, I’ll continue to provide exceptional value. AND, if you like my work, and would like to support it, here is a way to do that. Charging just $6/month allows me to not be stressed about money, to pay the people I love who help make all these things happen, and also to be excited to show up and write to you.
